Fairfax Theater Company to Host 4th Annual "Speak Cheesy"

Please join us for an evening of wine, cheese, & entertainment on Friday, September 21st from 7-9 p.m. at the Women's Club. The Fairfax Theater Co. will be putting on a mystery whodunit in conjunction with a wine & cheese pairing. Tickets are $30 per person, and you must be 21 and over to attend. Second Annual Fairfax Art Walk

Local Artists-in-Residence Stephanie Mohan and Georgia Gibbs will lead another fabulous art walk in downtown Fairfax on Friday, September 28th from 5-8 p.m. About 25 downtown businesses will be displaying local artists work. The merchants willalso be serving light refreshments and drinks. There will be a scavenger hunt, whereby participants will identify an item in the store, and then have a chance to enter to win a prize, donated by the artists.

This event is sponsored by the Fairfax Recreation & Community Services Department.

PG&E Community Wildfire Safety Program

PG&E is working to create fire defense zones by removing vegetation that could act as fuel. They will work with property owners to develop a plan specific to their property and needs that safely repurposes, relocates, or removes debris resulting from fire defense zone work. PG&E will perform the agreed-upon work at no cost to the property owner. Please click here for more information.
