Business Tax and License
Business licenses are renewed annually in the Town of Fairfax. The administration of the Business License program has been outsourced to Muni Services, LLC, who handles the business license process for many of the municipalities in California.
Because of their experience Muni Services is able to handle the entire process in a much more efficient and cost-effective manner. You will be receiving your business license renewal packet from Muni Services directly.
The Business License renewal fees remain the same as last year. There is an administrative charge of $25.00 per license. The Business License renewal is due before March 15, 2011. They become delinquent on March 16, 2011.
